Welcome to The Orange Resistance

When I first started The Orange Resistance, it wasn’t because I wanted to run a website —it was because I felt something deep inside me that I couldn’t ignore any longer. Like so many of you, I watched what was happening to our country, and I felt a pit in my stomach—a palpable sense of dread about where we were headed under Donald Trump’s divisive leadership.

I couldn’t just sit there and do nothing. I knew I had to find a way to stand up, but not in anger or violence. I wanted to find a way that was peaceful, powerful, and impossible to ignore. That’s when the idea of Visual Solidarity took hold.

Visual Solidarity is the simple yet powerful act of expressing your beliefs through visible, peaceful symbols. It’s about connecting with others without needing a word—knowing that when you spot someone wearing the same wristband, keychain, or shirt, you’ve found an ally who shares your love of democracy, decency, and unity.

The goal of TheOrangeResistance.com is to give everyone who feels frustrated, unheard, or isolated a way to say, “I’m still here. I still believe in America. And I will not be silent.”

Trump and MAGA are on the verge of destroying America. Everyone must stand up and remember it is Our Freedoms. Our Flame. Our Future.

My hope is that The Orange Resistance grows into something bigger than me—that it becomes a nationwide, and someday even global, show of peaceful, unshakable solidarity. I dream of a day when millions are members of our resistance, and we remind the world that truth, compassion, and democracy will always outshine division and hate.

The Orange Resistance is not about me — it’s about all of us. It’s about Americans and citizens worldwide who believe in democracy, compassion, and unity. I need your help —designing new visual solidarity items, writing blogs, and spreading the word about this movement. I can’t do this alone. I have a full-time job, and I’ll keep pushing until I collapse if that’s what it takes because this is too important to ignore. Thank you for being here. Thank you for believing.
