How It All Started

No one likes to start with a sad story, but

that is how The Orange Resistance started.

After Trump's election win, I started to get

depressed. I would wake up every day to

learn a group Trump insulted, a new Executive Order that was a threat to our our democracy or a new way he embarrassed

our country on the world stage.

One day it came to me, Silence is Acceptance.

I needed to do something about Trump.

The ideas came quick. I spent 10 hours at

my normal job, come home and spend

another 5 to 10 on The Orange Resistance.

This is the time I created Visual Solidarity.

Through Visual Solidarity, we empower people to connect, resist, and support individuals and organizations committed to protecting democracy, justice, and freedom for all.

Wear Blue. Resist Orange. Day – A national day where supporters wear blue items—whether from our store or from their own collection—to make a bold statement of unity.
Beyond Trump – Once Trump and his enablers are removed from office, The Orange Resistance will evolve into a broader movement dedicated to ensuring America stays true to its core ideals of freedom, democracy, and equality for all.
